Short instruction How to measure the correct width of a watch strap
Move your mouse to read
Take, preferably, a caliper ruler or otherwise a standard ruler. Our advice is to use a ruler with a clear ‘mm’ denotation for the highest precision during the measuring.
Measure the length between the two ‘lungs’ of the watch. This area is pointed with red arrows in the image above. Always check if you are measuring the width starting from the right 0-point on your ruler. If you don’t start from the 0-point you will probably measure a wrong width!
Write down the first width you just measured. Check your first measured width by measuring a second time to know for sure you have the correct width. If you have the correct width, then you can use it for our online offer tool or send it directly to us in an e-mail. Please provide the correct width always in 'mm'.

Not being told item Out of Stock when order placed
Was really impressed with website until few days after I'd placed my order I was told it was Out of Stock and there would be a delay of up to 10 days for delivery. Would liked to have known at time of ordering
I did some research about the watchstrap-batteries.com website before placing my order. Even after placing my order, I was unsure about placing an order from an overseas company (I am in the US, the store ships from the Netherlands). After contacting the company with some questions I felt much better. I ended up receiving my watch strap, battery, and replacement pins 10 days after placing my order. I will definitely order from this site again because they carried a specific watch strap that I could not find on Amazon.
