Short instruction How to measure the correct width of a watch strap
Move your mouse to read
Take, preferably, a caliper ruler or otherwise a standard ruler. Our advice is to use a ruler with a clear ‘mm’ denotation for the highest precision during the measuring.
Measure the length between the two ‘lungs’ of the watch. This area is pointed with red arrows in the image above. Always check if you are measuring the width starting from the right 0-point on your ruler. If you don’t start from the 0-point you will probably measure a wrong width!
Write down the first width you just measured. Check your first measured width by measuring a second time to know for sure you have the correct width. If you have the correct width, then you can use it for our online offer tool or send it directly to us in an e-mail. Please provide the correct width always in 'mm'.

I do not speak German or Dutch. My shipment tracking showed delivery on 17.10.2016. It was not delivered then. Every attempt to use the shipping links was unsuccessful. I need to be able to find out who was supposed to deliver the shipment and where the shipment is supposed to be now. All I could do was email the company directly. I hope they are able to resolve the problem.
Watchstraps-batteries certainly processed my order in a fast and very well documented way. I received emails regarding the item and with photos, along with the shipping details. And soon enough the item was delivered in good condition. I will be ordering here from now on, and will most definitely recommend it.
