Short instruction How to measure the correct width of a watch strap
Move your mouse to read
Take, preferably, a caliper ruler or otherwise a standard ruler. Our advice is to use a ruler with a clear ‘mm’ denotation for the highest precision during the measuring.
Measure the length between the two ‘lungs’ of the watch. This area is pointed with red arrows in the image above. Always check if you are measuring the width starting from the right 0-point on your ruler. If you don’t start from the 0-point you will probably measure a wrong width!
Write down the first width you just measured. Check your first measured width by measuring a second time to know for sure you have the correct width. If you have the correct width, then you can use it for our online offer tool or send it directly to us in an e-mail. Please provide the correct width always in 'mm'.

Using the model number on my watch, I ordered a new strap. However, the strap that I received did not fit the watch. A local watchmaker thinks that he can make modifications to the strap so that the it will fit.
Ordered a new strap for my Fossil watch and it was delivered to Ireland 5 days later. Fantastic, hassle free service and good communication from this company. The high street shops were charging twice the price and a lead time of over 1 month for the same service so I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you again.
