What will the costs of delivery be for watch bands and accessories?
There is no charge for delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium and only € 2,50 in other countries! You pay nothing extra if you have multiple wristbands and accessories at the same address delivered.
Complete watches: 2 years from purchase date
Watch straps / bands: 3 months (leniency)

Yes, regular customers get a nice discount. This keeps both you and us satisfied. You get cheaper watch bands and accessories, we get extra orders!
Are larger numbers of watch bands and accessories cheaper per piece?
Yes, unlike most online merchants of watch bands and accessories, we do distinguish between small and large orders. We work with so-called quantity discounts.

Yes, of course. You can either receive an offer for special needs as well as for products on the website. We will send the invoice within two business days, unless you specify otherwise.

Yes, in this case we will send you a quote or a confirmation of previous made agreements by phone.
In which languages can I checkout and communicate?
World of Watch straps has webshops in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. Besides this we are working at 'introduction pages' in Russian, Polish and Chinese. In communication we prefer dutch or english (although we aren't native speakers, we can speak english almost fluently. Excuse us for a few small mistakes...) Other languages we use google translate a lot, but we prefer to reply in English, to keep costs of translators as low as possible.
